MEI Facility Services & Solutions is based in San Diego and plans commercial and residential cleaning around the actual condition and use of each property. Recurring janitorial programs, post-construction work, floor and carpet care, deep cleaning and residential projects need distinct task lists and preparation.

Our approach starts with an assessment. We identify your priorities, the surfaces involved, who occupies the space and the time available to work. The proposal then defines the cleaning tasks and the resources needed for that property.

What working with MEI involves

1. Share the property type, city, approximate size, priorities and target date. Tell us whether you need recurring visits or a one-time project.
2. Review surface compatibility, access, water and power, belongings, occupancy and any rooms or items outside the scope.
3. Confirm the written proposal: included tasks, supply responsibilities, schedule, price and any specialty work listed separately.
4. Keep a property contact and a process for reporting concerns. Review the plan when the use or condition of the space changes.

Prepare for vendor onboarding

If your property manager needs a W-9, insurance information or other onboarding documents, include that requirement when you request the assessment. Project-specific requirements are reviewed before service is agreed.
